Exercising Daily

March 19th, 2010

I’m hardly someone I would consider endowed with plenty of free time. I joke sometimes that I don’t even have time to do my own homework, so sparse is my free time. I struggle sometimes to integrate a decent exercise plan into my already filled schedule.

Now that the weather has become more bearable, however, I’ve been trying, lately to exercise more. Instead of setting aside an hour to work out at a gym, which I don’t really have time for, I’ve been walking to all my classes instead of taking the bus or the car. It takes me around 10 to 15 minutes to walk to my classes, so that’s 10-15 minutes of exercise.

Since I don’t have time to set aside for exercising for longer than 15 minutes at an interval, I figured that I might as well try spreading out any activities. So far, it seems to be an effective plan.
